HPC's Mike Young and Andrew Allden instructed a USA Track & Field Level 1 coaches certification course in Mars Hill, NC on July 16-18. Young taught the biomechanics, exercise physiology, biomotor development for speed-power athletes, sprints / hurdles / relays, and the throws curriculums. HPC's Mike Young and Andrew Allden are set to instruct a USA Track & Field Level 1 coaches certification course in Charleston, SC on July 9-11. Young will teach biomechanics, exercise physiology, biomotor development for speed-power athletes, sprints / hurdles / relays, and the jumps curriculums.
