Mike Young and Andrew Allden instruct USATF Level 1 school in Bowie, MD

I would like to thank Mike and HPC staff for the very easy to use website filled with great information.  The video library is complete with training videos of all types of exercises and routines.  As well as the website, Mike and the staff at HPC are extremely fast and efficient with questions help.  This has been a tremendous help with my program and philosophy.

HPC's Mike Young and Andrew Allden served as instructors at a USA Track & Field School at Bowie State University in Bowie, MD. Allden taught the Philosophy and Ethics; and Endurance curriculums. Young instructed the Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, Sport Psychology, Training Theory, Jumping Events, and Throwing Events curriculums.
