HPC’s Allden and Young instruct coaches at Greensboro USATF Level 1 school

Within two weeks of receiving my biomechanical report I cut 2 tenths off of my 60 time and am now a D1 college prospect. Mike pointed out specific weaknesses that could be turned into strengths if suggested modifications were made. Mike’s strong background in how the body works and experience with top level athletes enables him to break through all of the negative misconceptions about the average sprint coach and trainer.

HPC’s Allden and Young instruct coaches at Greensboro USATF Level 1 school

HPC's Andrew Allden and Mike Young instructed the coaches at the Greensboro USATF Level 1 school. Allden taught Philosophy and Ethics of Coaching as well as the Endurance Events curriculums. Young instructed the curriculums for Biomechanics; Exercise Physiology; Biomotor Development; Sprint, Hurdle and Relay events; and the Jumps.
