Mike Young and Andrew Allden instruct USATF Level 1 course in Mars Hill, NC

Since working with HPC and Mike Young my speed has dramatically improved, something I didnt always think was possible. His system is complete and the coach/ athlete relationship we have is excellent. I hope to have him as my coach throughout my professional career.

HPC's Mike Young and Andrew Allden instructed a USA Track & Field Level 1 coaches certification course in Mars Hill, NC on July 16-18. Young taught the biomechanics, exercise physiology, biomotor development for speed-power athletes, sprints / hurdles / relays, and the throws curriculums. Allden served as the school director as and also taught philosophy and ethics of coaching as well as the endurance curriculums.
