Mike Young and Andrew Allden instruct USATF Level 1 course in Northampton, MA

HPC's Mike Young and Andrew Allden instructed a USA Track & Field Level 1 coaches certification course in Northampton, MA on August 6-8. Young taught the biomechanics, exercise physiology, biomotor development for speed-power athletes, and sprints / hurdles / relays curriculums. Allden served as the school director as and also taught philosophy and ethics of coaching as well as the endurance curriculums.
