Mike Young and Andrew Allden instruct USATF Level 1 course in Bowie, MD

HPC's Mike Young and Andrew Allden instructed a USA Track & Field Level 1 coaches certification course in Bowie, MD on August 13-15. Young taught the biomechanics, exercise physiology, biomotor development for speed-power athletes, jumping events and sprints / hurdles / relays curriculums. Allden served as the school director as and also taught philosophy and ethics of coaching as well as the endurance curriculums.
