Young instructs coaches at the USTFCCCA Annual Convention

HPC's Dr. Mike Young provided coaches at the USTFCCCA Annual Convention with over 16 hours of instruction. The convention in San Antonio, TX is the largest Track & Field coaches convention and brings together coaches from all levels of the sport. Young taught the USTFCCCA's Track & Field Technical Certification course, spoke to endurance coaches on the biomechanics of distance running, and led a session entitled "Breaking Barriers to Sprint Performance."
